Out of state tournaments for academy teams info needed

Looking for options for good tournaments. Main group will be u9, although for u8 & u10 I'm sure others would appreciate.
Preferences:
Multiple flights with good competition so that multiple teams of same age can attend
Boys & girls on same weekend
Good spot for parents
We think we have a decent handle on the North TX tournaments (Plano, Ayses, AFC/NTFC, PrimeTime, LP Legacy Freedom Cup).
I know that some Blitz teams have gone to Memphis & KC; some TSC teams have done KC, AR, and others in NTx.
I personally have been to:
Plano Labor Day - one of the most competitive tourneys I've seen, has 3 flights per age starting at u9; seems most NTx teams aim to play in this.
Liverpool Legends - maybe it was an off weekend, but competition was hit or miss here; 2 flights; didn't find tourney was as well run as it should have been.
If you reply please list age/sex & level of team...eg, my xx son is on a bottom team, & my xx daughter is on a top team.
