At oksoccer- u have ofc beating winters 3-0 then u have winters beating slsc 3-0. Do u think ofc is that much better than slsc or is just about match ups? Just curious what your theory is behind your prediction.

In games I have seen, I have been more impressed with Winters than slsc. Basing the 3-0 OFC on bth results and winters missing a top player this time around.

If Winters can finish, imo it will be 3-0 vs slsc.

I have seen a lot more of Winters than I have slsc, so could be completely wrong.
Its all a prediction at this point. I still believe any of the top 5 can probably win or hold for a tie on any given day.

Ok, a six point swing between the team's seems like a lot, I am not a gambling man but if u want to give me six points on the slsc vs ofc I will definitely take it, lol

The Vegas bookies have SLSC as a 2 goal underdog to OFC based on common competition.  But that doesn't factor in direct matchups between teams, etc.

lol!

For the record I pick SLSC to push or cover when that game eventually happens.

not trying to pick a fight, just giving mho. Like I said I could be completely wrong.
I am just glad these girls have decent competition to improve their skill.

way to ask a loaded question...

depending on who you ask that may or may not be the case. Kitterman parents see it that way, Winters parents don't. The club has not come out and said anything one way or the other about it.

Each of these groups has had its core together since u8. Winters has coached his girls at least that long; Kitterman had them as rec & stopped for 1 season at u8 before picking them back up.

In tournament play it is Kitterman 2-1-1 with all of those games in 2012 or earlier; the intra-club JDL league doesn't post scores, but I believe Kitterman won more than they lost against Winters.

Very disputed question! I like it! I guess that the posters here from other teams will be able to give us all good read on that after they've played both teams. Again, this is what makes this board fun!

Well I talked to ofc parents and they said hands down kittermen is the top team in Tulsa. I just wasn't sure if they had tryouts togeather as a group and kittermen got to pick the top 13-14 and winters gets the next pick and so forth.

I have heard the tryouts last year were a joke. I thought the idea of competetive soccer was to bring the best together on one team, develope the rest, and move players up and down accordingly. The TSC leaders should do the right thing sooner ( real soon) rather than later, otherwise clubs that are doing it right ( OFC and SL) will emerge as the dominant clubs. The gap is closing fast. That is just my unbiased opinion

I agree sparky, that's why fc dallas, solar and sting and Liverpool top teams are so good, there top teams have the top players on them.

Just curious, but why isn't the Norman Fury competitive like SL and OFC? It seems like they used to have a very competitive club

Unfortunately Sparky as I am sure you know ideal and reality are far different. Egos, personality conflicts, and favoritism all have a flavor on every team. You just hope your coach can mitgate it as much as possible....

I think the coaches that do that the best will end up having a competitive advantage down the road.

They were a joke, and not a very good one, at that. See my previous posts on this subject. Every club has its problems, this is one of them at TSC.

Sparky- Nysa has really declined as a competitive club in the last couple of year. There has been talk about slsc and Nysa combining in the near future, hopefully that happens real soon.
