I think it is a great idea! Will be very interesting to see how it takes shape and the initial feedback from parents/coaches and players etc... Does OFC or any of the westside programs do something similar?

Trying to figure out what big deal is. Seems to be to be extremely similar to ODP, yet exclusively for TSC players.
Same ages, same training center. Even looks like same event on 12/14.

It sounds like they are trying to get the best at all ages groups and placing them on top teams!! Instead of having good kids on bunch of different teams at TSCH.. Could be the fixer for all those tryouts that was supposed to happen in the spring!!!

Let's hope so! If TSCH could get all the best girls on one team, that would be fantastic for their development. Right now, it is suboptimal for some of them.

Looks like extra in house TSC practices on the outside. Translate "coaches this will be a good recruiting tool to invite the blitz kids over to train with us and give us lots of time to recruit them" Interesting to see if blitz coaches will let their kids go "train elite" with TSC coaches. I don't If it does, it was a great idea. Also could curb a lot of TSC in-fighting which is rampant between teams in the same age group.

If I read it write its for TSC players only. Blitz players would have to leave their current club. Is this correct? I agree though it could be a great recruiting tool, but blitz coaches would have to be crazy to leg their players go. Maybe TSC and Blitz should combing to form a killer east side club.

The rest of the top 04 players at blitz will be on there way out soon. RM is ruining what's left like he did to the 01's.
