Fall 03 girls

So what teams are Playing OPL Gold this fall? Any insights to how the standings may look?.... Of course this is total guesswork.

3. Banham (TSC)

6. Richardson (TSC)

You can't possibly be serious about guessing at this point. The rosters aren't even posted. This is a waste of time until we see any of them play.

Watched Richardson play over the weekend and they looked pretty good.

Who did they play??

Not much competition but still looked good. They played a 03 wsa team and fearless out of Shawnee. Was suppose to play ofc 02 white but that game got rained out.

So is Richardson or Banham supposed to be the better team? Of course no one knows until they play. It is going to be an exciting fall with all of PA movement.

TSC would like for Richardson to be the higher ranked team... They were building that team to be the SRPL team of the two. I fully believe Banham will be very strong as well. If I had my guess I would say it will be a good battle between the two and the real hope is they both make SRPL... We will see soon enough!

They made up that game at the end of the day. Richardson beat OFC 02 White 1-0.

Neither SLSC or CVFC will be playing OPL 1.

TSC Richardson, TSC Bahnam, Blitz, 3 Teams from OFC Energy, Unity and Norman.

CVFC is playing in the OCL. SLSC will be playing in the OPL silver for fall. Unity 03 is in the OCL as well.

I think he is and i think in this rare year he may be correct as some teams are sandbagging. However, i think he is on that hallucinating drug (joking) to have these rankings. I think its straight forward.

Here is a brief explaination as to my rankings. (yes, I am saying that some of the "silver" teams are better than the "gold" teams this season, primarily because of the amount of player movement that happened, due to the age pure rules for this season. Coaches didnt know what they had, and are discovering they are better/worse than they expected)

1. OFC - beat TSC richardson, tied banham(see banham below)
2. Blitz 3-0 win over Bixby
3. Bixby "forsythe" Wins over SLSC and OFC Black
4. TSC "richardson" beat OFC white, lost 0-4 to OFC 1st team
5. TSC "banham" ties to both OFC teams, not scoring against OFC white dropped them to 5
6. SLSC "guilikers" no league wins, but a good win vs Kernow at plano 3-0, a team that Ok celtic(norman) beat 2-0
7. OK Celtic 03 see above
8. TSC "sharp" lost in a close game to SLSC
9. OFC white tied TSC banham, could easily flip flop with crew since crew did beat them
10. NWO crew 03 watched them play at Beat the heat, they lack offense, but were solid enough to win the silver against OFC white.

WIth so few games played, its hard to really tell below the top 3... I think its safe to say that OFC, blitz and one of TSC teams are going to be the top 3, then its a mess of teams from 4-7

I would put ofc, blitz and Norman top 3

Norman has done more in Andromeda tournament that I think the tsc teams have. Still very early though

Norman was top 3 last year. And with help they won the state champship. And return a good chuck of the team
and a couple kids moved over from other clubs. If safe to say they will be top 3 this year too.

Sooner5 I agree they are anywhere from 1-4. It's hard though to base anything off last year. I think a lot of teams are discovering that fact as roles and size differences are playing a huge role right now. I base Norman in this spot mainly because I think the 03s are extremely watered down. There are 3-4 teams and that's all on this age group whereas other groups are 6-7 deep.

Whoever put that Bixby team in this has no idea... Lol. I say It shakes out like this...

Who cares after that. Remember that Banham and Richardson are TSC's 3rd and 4th team ish. I say this because there is a big chunk of strong players on that 02/03 composite team. Give it another month and we can really start to see where the teams land.

Celtic is full of 04 players. Not sure how that qualifies them with the 03 state winds when there are only 3 girls with the team still. The best player from last seasons 03s is now with the 02 team, as are most of the other major contributors. It safe to say that things are definitely as you all might think they are.
