Before you ask, what I meant was that this seasons Celtic team, has many players who were on the Celtic 04 team last season, not the 03s. Makes a big difference

Norman has 2 kids off Norman 04s last year. 2 girls from Southlakes 04s lasted year And the rest of team is off Norman 03 first team and second last year.

After this weekend... lets update a bit. I am kinda enjoying this thread! (I am not including the TSC "ecnl" team, as they do not compete in OPL play)

1. OFC
2. TSC "banham"
3. OFC "white" (moves up after win over blitz)
4. Blitz (moves down for same reason)
5. SLSC "gullikers" (Lopsided win vs WSA 03 gains them a spot)
6. Celtic (moves up with win over TSC)
7. TSC "richardson" (2 loss weekend doesnt help them)
8. Bixby "forsythe"
9. TSC "sharp"
10. NWO Crew 03

4. OFC "white" (loss to celtic drops them one spot)

Decided to move Celtic up due to good performance, but beginning to see this group as much closer than I did origionally. The top 6-8 are all very close and would make for an interesting grouping.

Sorry Misfit, but Blitz has already beat Sheffield twice this season, and it was a solid win both games for Blitz (5-0 & 3-0). Blitz may be struggling lately, but they just beat your #1 today. So I'd definitely have to move them up the list. Banham has also beaten Richardson this year so they deserve to be ranked higher.

The top 3 teams are pretty even. But a slight edge to OFC. I believe top 4 play SRPL in spring.

These rankings mean nothing for SRPL... It will be how the teams finish the OPL season for the fall. Good chance its OFC, Celtic, Banham, and the 4th will be between Richardson and OFC White!

I should have been more clear yellowcard That's what I meant. Top 4 Opl advance. I suspect it will be tough to advance for Richardson being that they have one game left and it's against Banham. Ofc white two games and one of those two games they play they"should" win or tie. But who knows!! Fun to see as it shakes out..

I wouldn't say they "should" win... They could easily lose to Banham and Tie or lose to Blitz... Both Blitz and Banham have been alot stronger late in the year. Richardson is just hitting their stride and could pull an upset or tie with Banham... It gets crazy this time of year anyway. I see an upset in the future if Richardson or Banham pulls some talent down to ensure their SRPL bid...
