I would agree with you, but the very next "highlight" story that pops up on the TSCH website homepage is THAT story...so seems odd that they would have the BIG teaser and then, right after that, the Metro/TUSC thing...maybe you're right, but if so, odd advertising....

I'm guessing new coaches who are coming to TSC. I've only heard of 1, and he is new to the area and not currently coaching for a competitive club.

Seems like it was this time last year when TSC announced them.

Not BIG enough, IMHO! Ha! We'll see.....All I know is that I've not seen anything quite as cryptic or quite like it on TSCH's website....plus, the DA applications were either due or were maybe even answered May 2nd, from what I hear...so the timing seems about right. Probably will be what Yellowcard says, however... Sad

May 2nd is when they opened the application process. They close July 1st and clubs will be selected throughout the remainder of the year...

That's fair on the statement about the merger. But it never says anything about TSC using Alsuma as their new practice fields... That's what I'm speaking of more or less.

Maybe there is something even more amazing than any of us have ever known? I doubt it will be that cool...

The suspense is killing me! What is it? The TSC website makes it sound HUGE. Are they blowing this out of proportion or could the news really be that big??? Here are some of the guesses:

- DA Announcement
- Boys ECNL
- Changes to MTSC United North fields
- Merger with another club
- New coaches
- New turf field soccer complex

Any other guesses?

The facility isn't a done deal yet. TSC won't own the property (if it gets built), but will lease parts of the facility and share other parts with the owner/proprietary business. There may also be cases where other Tulsa area clubs have access to the facility. Seems to be a lot of questions yet to be answered.
