It's a B level tournament. No first team In their right mind would play unless they are playing up an age. First teams should look for quality tournaments for their not wins. I'm not sure why OFC didn't play but I'm sure it played a part. Very surprised Tsc pre-ecnl made the trip.

Wow...didn't know they were there! Couldn't get on the schedule. I agree with you then...very odd that they would be there. Are they playing up as usual?

Was able to get on the schedule...NYSA 05 result seems to indicate that the 05 age group in OK will be competitive...so that's pretty cool...

So I guess if two southlake teams made the finals, they get to play the finals. Everyone else had to pick a winner on pk's.

I agree with sooner5...the proper way to handle weather related issues pertaining to tournaments is the "NYSA WAY"-BRING EM IN, GET EM SETTLED IN THE HOTEL...THEN CANCEL. From what we experienced, they did all they could to accomadate. Lets move on

NYSA and Southlakes did the same thing both cancelled on Sunday. One choose to cancel before the games started one cancel after many rain delays. Both knew bad weather was coming both tried to beat the Oklahoma weather.One offer discount to future touraments one didn't and ran with the profit of not playing one or two games per team. Let's move on it been almost a year. Let's see how many teams don't play in Normans tourament this year. Because we know the turn out at this years Cosmos Cup wasn't great.

Instead of nysa and slsc always trying to run each other's club in the ground, let's try supporting each other and combine clubs like nokc and esc. I believe if this happens both clubs would benefit greatly and start putting out some top teams in the state:)

Have your club come support the Nysa tourament in November. Nysa just sent 20 team to the Cosmos Cup. try to match that. That would be a start for SLSC to support NYSA.

All I am saying if say support each other's clubs, then get more of your teams to sign up. It can't be one sided.
