Do we know who is going or accepted team list??

Southlakes won't have a accepted list. That way they can screw all the second and third teams again their first team. Very Happy

Is this from past dealings at the Cosmo's Cup sooner5? It will be interesting to see what side of bracket/pool their first teams get placed now that you've called them out.

Doubtful...sooner5 is relatively new to OK soccer.

Cosmos doesn't draw enough teams to truly shaft other clubs top teams (at least last year it didn't).

I know for a fact last year they did. They stacked one side of the bracket and place their first team with three other second or third teams. And as long as they continue to do that the teams won't come back.

Why is TSCH 06G boys not going? It would be good comp for them, just my opinion..

On April 30, you mentioned in a post you would just moved to Oklahoma City and were interested in knowing about the top clubs. That's what I based my comment on.

I agree that it is frustrating that they don't keep previous years tournament schedules and results posted.

Just looking for some variety in opponents. We are looking to do some friendlies with teams rather than playing (& paying for) tournaments. TSCH is planning to send a couple of 06b teams, just not top group.

Well I was in April. But I have been around the game of soccer all my life. I have become friends with a lot of parents in the Okc soccer area. And they all say the same thing. So I am using that info to make these statements.. Sorry if it upset you or any from Southlakes soccer club. But you don't stack brackets and have your first teams play second and third teams so you have yours teams in bracket play.

And I don't have dog in the fight either. Look at 05 girls group after brackets are released. And see the placement of their first team.

Sooner5, you didn't bother me. I was specifically talking about Oklahoma; based on my interactions with you I knew you were knowledgeable parent.

And I agree with you, I fully expect stacked brackets at every tournament. I've never seen one put on by a club that hasn't given a nod (some slight some large) to their top team. That's why the best tournaments to go to are put on by leagues not the clubs.

Bracket A in boys u10 gold looks very heavy compared to bracket B.

That does look really one sided. That MWC team did very well in Tulsa Labor Day. From web looks like tournament director coaches U10 boys. More surprising is 02 girls blue playing down against other second teams and very small clubs when they play up in OPL. Explain that one if your a tournament director??????

The other anomaly i saw was u11 girls. 2 8v8 teams in OCL playing in gold while multiple 8v8 OPL teams in silver.

Schedules are back up. The U-10
Boys needs to be fixed. They have Nokc Red in silver. They have a couple coaches with more than one team playing their games at the same time.
